Me Made March - March 3

I am really loving getting dressed these days. It's weird for me to talk about something so personal as getting dressed, but here we are. I don't know why I have been saving these clothes for ... I don't know what but it feels good to wear them!

This is a shirt I made using a pattern from Chic and Simple Sewing by Christine Haynes. I used peach Swiss dot fabric. It is one of the easiest pieces of clothing I've made. It doesn't have any real closure system like zippers or buttons. Well, it does have one button in the back but it has a slip through loop so you don't even have to make a buttonhole. Seriously easy. If you're looking for an easy pattern to start making clothes, this is a good one. Plus, it is as comfortable as a t-shirt, so why not wear it? Excuse me, I'm off to make a dozen more of these things.
